Who we are
This website is operated by VibeChooser (Pty) Ltd (Reg. 2026/470294/07), the provider of the Vibe K9 working dog operations platform. You can reach us at hello@vibechooser.com.
What we collect
When you request information, a quotation or a demo we collect the name, work email, organisation, role, country, phone or WhatsApp number, operation size and message you submit, plus the page or plan the request came from. We also record privacy-aware product analytics about how the site is used — page views, section views, clicks on calls to action and scroll depth.
Why we use it
Enquiries are used solely to contact you about Vibe K9 and to prepare a relevant session. Analytics are used in aggregate to understand which parts of the site are useful and to improve them. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Assistant conversations
This site includes an AI assistant. Messages you send to it are transmitted to a third-party AI model provider that generates the response on our behalf, and the answers are produced from a fixed knowledge base about the platform. Your conversation is also stored locally in your own browser so the thread survives a page reload; clearing your browser storage or starting a new conversation removes it. We do not use assistant conversations to build a profile of you or for advertising. Please do not enter operational, personal or sensitive information into the assistant — if you want to speak to a person, use the enquiry form or the WhatsApp number instead.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to follow up and to maintain a record of the enquiry. You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted by emailing hello@vibechooser.com.
